“We were looking for a painter to repaint the whole interior of our home and take popcorn ceilings down. Looked for reviews online and found Richards's painting of Lexington NC and they had the best reviews from anyone I read. Called them and Brian took the call and made an appointment to come and give an estimate. Brian and his coworker Miguel showed up on time and gave us an estimate. Both of them were very professional and friendly. They gave us a start date and they were able to start on that date and the price quoted was the same. They came into a 42-year mess. Wish you could have seen all the areas they had to patch on the walls and ceilings. They removed all of the popcorn ceilings in every room. With us still living in the house they did a wonderful job. Their whole crew worked very hard to get the work done and without a lot of mess that was not in their control. They cleaned up everything that they had to remove to paint. Removed wallpaper from bathrooms and had to repair sheetrock and did a great job!! If you could have seen the walls after the wallpaper was taken down you would have thought there is no way they can get the walls fixed to paint, well they did. We had old dark brown paneling and stained trim and all was painted. Painted our old stained kitchen cabinets. All walls were painted popular gray and all trim and all cabinets in the kitchen and bath were painted white. They also whitewashed our fireplace brick. The inside of the house looks the best it has ever looked. If you choose Richards Painting of Lexington NC you will be glad you did. “These guys are true professionals in every part of the job. I had serious discoloration from a gas logs malfunction that stained the ceiling and Crown molding. 6" crown molding. I had to take a week’s trip and they completed the entire house while I was gone. When I returned, except for the outstanding job, I would have never known anyone was in the house. Not so much as a piece of tape was in my house. The job they did was outstanding. Every line was detailed and I didn't see even one bleed of paint on any wall The ceiling looked brand new.
